REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Fade O’Clock Barbershop, we aim to provide high-quality grooming services and products. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be accepted.

2. IMPORTANT NOTICE
Currently, products displayed on our website are primarily for informational and promotional purposes and may not be available for direct online purchase.
This policy applies only if a product purchase is completed either:
In-store, or
Through any future online sales functionality

3. SERVICES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All barbering services (e.g., haircuts, grooming services) are:
Non-refundable once completed
Subject to customer satisfaction at the time of service
If you are not satisfied, please inform your barber immediately so we can address your concerns.

4. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (PRODUCTS)
If product sales are available, you may request a return under the following conditions:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
The return must be requested within 14 days of purchase (in line with EU consumer law)
Proof of purchase is required

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used grooming products (e.g., pomades, hair products)
Personal care items once unsealed
Any item not in its original condition

7. REFUNDS
